They saw each other secretly during the day. She finally told him about David slapping her and he wanted to find him and kill him. She managed to calm him down. Every weekend she would have dinner with David and his family. After, David would pull her to the side and warn her, “Stop see him! Or else my father will carry out his threat to ruining his career. I can’t have my pregnant fiancé sneaking around seeing another man.”

“Get your hands off of me.” She would snap and pull away. “You have no room to talk. Since who knows how many whores you’ve been sleeping with since we got together.”

“Well maybe if you spread your legs for me instead of him, I wouldn’t stray. Do you know how this makes me feel that your pregnant with another man’s child?”

“You stray a lot earlier then me getting pregnant.”

“Lucky for you the press hasn’t found out the truth and let’s keep it that way. Stay away from him. You will be my wife soon and I forbid you to see him any further. This child with be raised as a McCoy!” He said in frustration.

“I will never be your wife!” she began to yell. He looked over to his family that wondered now what was being said and he pulled her into a bedroom down the hall. “What do you think you’re doing!” she screamed.

“We have an agreement.” He said with a chilling voice.

“No! you have an agreement with my father not with me. Now move, I’d like to go home.” She tried to push him out the way.

“Do you think I’m stupid! You’re going to see him and I forbid it! You will stay away from him or else.”

Nova’s eyes narrowed and she spoke with authority, “Or what?”

He reached for her and forced a kiss on her. She fought hard, trying to push him away. She could feel his hands roam up to her swollen breast, his body pressing hard against her growing belly. The pressure made her scream in pain. “Shut up!” he snapped. “You think your too good for me, but you’re not. Your just like all those other whores. Let’s see after I get through with you if you want to go back to your Wildstar. You see I’m a better lover then he can ever be. And he would never want you after you’ve been with me.” He ripped her shirt and threw her on the bed and began to take off his shirt off. With all her might she kicked him in the groin and jumped up from the bed. He laid on the floor curled up in a fetial position as he moaned in pain. With all her might she kicked him again harder in his groin area again making him scream in pain.

“I told you if you ever touch me again, I would slit your throat. Be grateful that I don’t have a knife with me and you’re going to be able to walk away. You scum! I hate you!” she turned to head out the door when the door opened. His mother stood at the door looking in shock to see her son on the floor and Nova looking dishevel.

“What the devil is going on here?” she asked.

Nova pulled her shoulder back and said. “Nothing your son didn’t deserve. If he touches me again you will bury your son.” Composing herself she said with a smile. “Now I’m going home. See you guys at the engagement party!” She sang.

As she walked out their mansion, she could feel her body shake. She slipped into her car and felt her stomach. She couldn’t even imagine what could’ve have happened if she didn’t fight back. He was ready to rape her while she was pregnant. That bastard. Tears stream down her face and her hands shook making it hard to place her key in the ignition. She managed to start her car and began to pull away when she saw him run up to the car and bang on the window. He looked enraged. She slammed on the gas pedal and raced the car off the property. She drove quickly down the mountain trying to stay focus. A deer stood in front of her and she slammed on the brake making her car slide into a ditch. She hit her head on the steering wheel and everything went black.

Derek Wildstar ran into the hospital the minute her father called him. He found her father waiting outside of her room. “Derek, before you go in. There’s something we need to talk about.”

“What’s there to talk about. Is she alright, what about the baby?” he thought about her and the baby all the way to there. If she lost their child again, he knew she would go into a deep depression. And he knew that he would too.

“The baby is fine. She’s alright but there something I have to tell you.”

“If she’s fine and the baby’s fine, what is there to tell me?” He asked confused.

“Come take a walk with me, son.” He placed his arm around his shoulder and they walked down the hall. “Derek, Nova’s lost her memory. She has amnesia. She doesn’t remember going to Iscandar or,” he took a deep breath and said, “you. She doesn’t remember anything past before joining EDF.”

“No! She will remember me and us. She has too.” He said. He pushed past her father and into the room. David and his parents stood over her as she slept. “Nova?” Derek said and they turned to look at him.

“What are you doing here Commander.” His father, David senior asked.

He frowned and pushed David aside. He slipped his hand into hers and brought it to his face. “Nova, baby.”

Slowly she opened her eyes and focus. “Who are you?” She frowned and asked.

His heart almost stopped. “Nova, baby it’s me Derek.”

She looked even more confused. “Do I know you?”

“Baby, we went to Iscandar together. We fell in love and we were going,”

“I’m sorry, but I don’t remember you. David, who is he?” she reached for his hand.

“He is no one, darling. Just a man that has been stalking you. I’ll have security escort him out.” He waved over to a nurse. “Commander Wildstar she doesn’t know who you are. Please stop upsetting my fiancé.” He said with triumph.

“Nova! You know me! Try to remember. We served together on the Argo. You and I fell in love. Nova, you have to remember. We were pregnant once before. Please baby, We flew to Vegas,” he was about to say when the security guard walked in and grabbed him. “GET OFF ME!” He screamed.

“Wait!” she yelled. Derek ran to her side and she touched his face. There was something about this man that she had a connection with. But for the life of her she didn’t know who he was. He was attractive, handsome man. His eyes were a deep dark brown and they seem loving and honest. Why would this man take time to see her and plead with her? He’s a stalker, David told her. He didn’t look like a stalker. But she couldn’t remember. All she remembered was her and David and their life together. She looked away and said, “I’m sorry, I really am. I just don’t remember you.”

Derek couldn’t believe it. She didn’t remember him. But the baby. It’s our baby. He was ready to tell her when her father put his hand around his shoulder. “You should go son. Come on.”

“NO!, Nova, it’s our child that your carrying. Don’t you remember? Please baby, think.”

“Derek, come on we should go.”

She placed her hand on her small stomach and said. “This is David child. He told me himself.” She looked at her fiancé that now was smiling.

“You see commander it is our child.” He looked at Wildstar with a smug look.

Derek wanted to choke the life out of him. James Forrester pulled at him and dragged him to the hall. “You know she is carrying my child! We’re MARRI,” Derek was yelling and he place his hand over his mouth.

“Listen to me!” Her father said. “She will need time to get her memory back. By pushing her will only set her back. For now, we have to think of the baby. She needs to recover from the accident. She doesn’t need the added stress.”

“How could you dismiss this! She has the right to know about who the father of her child is. Or don’t you love her! I thought you wanted her to leave him? Or is your company more important than your daughter?”

“Don’t get this twisted, I love my daughter very much. And because I love her I will make sure that she is not going to be misguided and let them distract her from the truth. Now go home and let me deal with this.” He watched as Wildstar bowed his head and began to walk away. “Commander, stay away for now.”
